For events in Central London (Zone 1), a modest concierge fee is applied to manage ULEZ, congestion logistics, and dedicated parking.
To preserve the mystery and allure of your installation, we offer "Idle Hours." Our team completes a discreet setup well before your guests arrive — for instance, prior to a wedding breakfast — with the installation remaining elegant and inactive until your evening festivities commence. This ensures zero disruption to your event's natural flow.
To ensure a comfortable, VIP experience for every guest: The Digital Selfie Pod requires a minimalist 1.5m × 1.5m area. The 360 Video Booth and Magic Mirror each require a dedicated 3m × 3m space for optimal filming and fluid guest movement. The Magazine Booth — as a grand physical installation — requires a level 3m × 3m footprint with a minimum ceiling clearance of 2.5m. The AI Photo Stand requires a compact 1.5m × 1.5m area with a power outlet nearby.

Event Day & Beyond
Our team arrives discreetly for a white-glove setup. Your Booth Host manages the entire experience. After your event, guests access their media gallery via the Client Portal. A post-event thank-you message and gallery link are sent to you personally — and your review invitation follows within 48 hours.
